Another important issue that played an important role in emerging this problem is the lack of attention of the 11th and 12th governments to the long-term and strategic plan of the second largest economy of world (China) in the direction of revitalizing the Silk Road and transiting goods from Iran. Total company by recognizing this historical golden opportunity for Iran, and in line with the long-term strategies of the Islamic Republic of Iran to increase its economic strategic depth and neutralize the oppressive sanctions of the Western world, since 2013, carried out extensive scientific and technological studies in order to create and develop Standard shipping platform.
